Interfaceable: Millennium has the ability to interface with other programs for extended use. Some of the interface capabilities include database programs capable of handling information in ASCII file format, time and attendance systems, and financial software packages.

Payroll entry errors system-check: our proprietary program DIM2 checks each client's pay file individually for most common entry errors by notifying you before the payroll is processed.

Pre-Process Register:allows you to ensure the accuracy of your payroll. It shows: employee and company totals. No more surprises after processing!

Powerful Reporting Feature: each pay period, PayDay USA will print five Standard Reports along with the checks and/ or direct deposit notices for next-day delivery. In addition, you receive a library of over 50 Standard Payroll Reports which can be printed on demand by PC-Clients.

Easy-to-use Report Writer: enables you to create your own reports based on any payroll data in the entire database including the human resource data fields.

Extremely Efficient Multi-user Environment: payrolls can be entered and processed from more than one workstation simultaneously and reports and checks can also be printed to local and network printers.

PC-Based/ PC-Environment: Millennium Payroll is a pure-Windows program. It is not an overlay over DOS that only appears to be Windows/ PC-Based. Therefore, you can export reports to other Windows Programs like Excel and Word; you may copy and paste or do anything else you would do in a Windows program.
